This residence was designed for a new family. The linear site spans on two levels on the East-West axis. The house is set on the higher level, whereas a line of olive trees exists on the lower one.

The house is divided in two sections with the main living areas - kitchen, dinning and living functions- on the lower level and the bedrooms on the upper one. (providing the basement with windows)
